Hello All - BS here. Hope everyone is doing well. We just passed the 25 week mark and everything is great. I was just home for 2 weeks and it was nice the see how Kirst's belly is growing and feel Great kicking. We had an OB appointment last Friday and the doc had the fetal heartrate monitor probe on the belly and Great didn't approve and kicked the probe...enough to move it from the skin. Maybe we have a FSU kicker, if male, or FSU soccer star, if female???
Hi everyone! Kirsten here ... I should probably take a step back and explain to you all why we are referring to the baby as "Great." A few weeks ago my dad (Kit) called me and said "I have a name for the baby." I replied, "Excellent! What is it?" He says "Great." I, of course, didn't understand so said "I know that it is great that we are having a baby, but what is the name?" He repeats "Great! as in Great Scott! - Get it?" Anyway, for some strange reason Great has stuck and since we don't know if it is a boy or girl - we refer to the baby as Great.
It was wonderful to have Brad in town for 2 weeks. He was a big help in preparing for the move to Oregon. I am feeling good at this point and feel the baby move every few hours. Well, back to Brad....
I'm off to Taos next week and really hate to leave Kirst, but she is doing great and she'll be back in Bend on June 2nd. Take care and we'll talk to you all soon. Cheers.
